Lots of things have been happening over the past six weeks, with many live appearances, newspaper interviews, and a delightful visit to Frank Hole’s 8th Grade class at Inland Lakes Schools to talk about the dogman.
The biggest news however, can only now be revealed, and at that – only one portion of it.
On two separate occasions, I have been doing interviews with the producers of Monster Quest, the wonderfully successful crypto-creature series on The History Channel. The show just started it’s 4th season with an amazing trek into the Himalayas searching for the abominable snowman (Yeti).
Following up on the widely acclaimed ”American Werewolf” episode which aired in the first season, Monster Quest is planning a sequel episode built around the Michigan Dogman legend. The producers have said they expect the episode to air sometime in February or March of 2010. There is of course no guarantee how much, if any, of my interview will end up in the final produced episode, but we’re excited nonetheless!
Stay tuned, I’ll update the blog just as soon as the details emerge.
